Sunderland midfielder Lee Cattermole is of the belief that Louis Saha will bring plenty to the club with his extensive experience.
The French strike veteran, who joined on a free transfer from Tottenham earlier this summer, made his Black Cats debut in the scoreless draw with Arsenal on Saturday and even though his opportunities were limited, Cattermole is tipping him to become a great addition to Martin O'Neill's playing list.
"Louis has got great experience, you could see that even before the game, talking to the lads in the dressing room," he told the club's official website.
"He'll be great for us. Coming on and holding the ball up for us helped because I thought we got deeper and deeper. I think he'll be a great signing for us.
"We've got experience through the team with the likes of John O'Shea and Carlos Cuellar, Titus Bramble and Matt Kilgallon. All of them are big talkers."
