Sadio Mane has handed Liverpool an injury scare.
The Sun says Mane caused an almighty scare for Liverpool on Saturday night – he was taken off in the 66th minute of Senegal's 2-0 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying win over Namibia.
Senegal have already secured their place in January's tournament in Gabon, and Mane was named in the starting line-up for Aliou Cisse's side.
He was withdrawn in the 66th minute, with reports from the match suggesting that he picked up a knock and was withdrawn as a precautionary measure.
The Reds are next in action against Premier League champions Leicester City on Saturday 10 September after the international break.
