Sacramento Republic FC secured their first home win of the USL PRO season when beating Orange County Blues FC 2-1 on the weekend.
Republic attracted more than 17,000 fans to Hughes Stadium as they moved up to third spot on US Soccer's third tier table.
Adam Jahn scored a 70th-minute winner after Orange Country's Adam Russell had cancelled out Thomas Stewart's earlier opener.
After the match, Republic head coach Preki was full of praise for his side who now have a record of three wins and one draw from seven league matches.
"I wasn't really worried," said Preki after his side conceded early in the second half.
"I know what we have in the locker room and the guys are working really hard and they are playing exactly the way we want to play."
Sacramento next take on first-placed LA Galaxy II in their third straight home game at Hughes Stadium on May 17.
