Sacked Wolves boss Mick McCarthy could jump straight back into management at Leeds United.

The Daily Mail says McCarthy’s sudden availability after his sacking by Wolves has been noted at Elland Road.

The 53-year-old Yorkshireman has won the Championship title with Sunderland and Wolves and is viewed as the perfect man to guide Leeds back to the top flight.
