Sacked West Brom boss Tony Pulis will keep Rangers waiting

Sacked West Brom boss Tony Pulis is being linked with the Rangers job.

The Mirror says Gers will have to wait until the New Year if they want Pulis to become their new boss.

The former West Brom, Crystal Palace and Stoke manager has been linked with a move to the Glasgow giants after Aberdeen's Derek McInnes turned down the job.

Pulis is understood to be interested in replacing the sacked Pedro Caixinha.

But, after three decades of working over the festive period, he has told friends that he wants to spend Christmas with his family before getting back into the game.
