Sacked Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp isn't planning for retirement.

Redknapp is determined to get back on the horse - and is hungry for another job, with the venerable Sir Alex Ferguson as his model for working on into the autumn of his life.

Redknapp said: "You cannot sit around moping. That's not my game.

"I love football. I would suit any job. I don't think I am coming to the end of my career.

"Alex Ferguson is in his seventies and is still the best manager in the world. I am fit as a fiddle."
