Rossi was fired when he physically attacked Ljajic in the dug-out during a 2-2 draw with Novara, as the striker reacted sarcastically to a substitution.
"I have paid for what happened, I am paying and I will continue to pay. I was aware of that the moment it happened," Rossi told Il Tempo newspaper.
"If I am penalised, then I'm just going to have to live with that.
"I'm waiting for the right call that has not arrived yet. The media is linking me with clubs that I've not even talked to, such as Sampdoria.
"I am evaluating other situations both in Italy and abroad. If the right proposal arrives, then I am ready to take it, otherwise I'll continue waiting for an interesting project."
