Arrigo Sacchi has called on Italian football to accept the rants of Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho. Sacchi, the former AC Milan coach, is a big fan of Mourinho and his ability to create publicity and declared: "Mourinho is bringing forward a way of communicating other than that typical of the Italians.
