Former AC Milan coach Arrigo Sacchi is backing Pippo Inzaghi to turn things around.

Milan have won only once this year and sit in the bottom half of the Serie A table.

But Sacchi still supports the appointment of Inzaghi and says: "Milan? They have great leaders, but will need a little patience.

"I hope for the good of the club they show this. I want the club to do well.

"I really hope with Inzaghi that things can go well."
