Sabatini admits Roma considering Zeman future

AS Roma chief Walter Sabatini admits they're considering Zdenek Zeman's situation.

The experienced coach is under pressure as their top four hopes fade.

"When we decided to appoint Zeman at Roma we were all elated, thinking that he could get the lads playing an arrogant and powerful style of football," Sabatini told Gazzetta.it.

"He succeeded in doing that. He has also realised some of the potential in our youngsters, launching several careers.

"That will be the legacy he leaves us with. I'm not worried about what he's done in that respect but I do have to consider other things.

"When we look at the current situation there is little to be happy about and we need to stop and reflect on whether we missed something when we put the current set-up together.

"This is a period of contemplation that includes considering changing the coach, which would be a marginal decision, it has to be said.

"The group of lads we have here is strong in terms of professionalism and ethics, but it is clear there are a few weaknesses."
