The Russian FA have former Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola on their national team shortlist.

The FA have released a statement revealing the names on their shortlist, which also include former Liverpool and Valencia boss Rafa Benitez.

"We negotiate with coaches Rafael Benitez, Anatoly Byshovets, Marcelo Bielsa, Valeri Gazáev, Josep Guardiola, Fabio Capello, Andrei Kóbelev, Yuri Krasnozhan, Marcelo Lippi, Nepomniaschi Valeri, Nikolai Pisarev, Harry Redknapp and Yuri Semin."
