Russia coach Guus Hiddink admits there was plenty of banter with Michael Ballack when he visited Chelsea last month.

Germany face Russia in a crucial World Cup qualifier and Hiddink smiled: "I was in London last month, visiting Chelsea and when I saw Michael he was challenging me a bit, in a nice way.

"He was saying they will beat us or at least get a draw. I just replied 'Welcome to Moscow'."
