AS Roma coach Rudi Garcia says he values the support of Giallorossi fans.
The Frenchman concedes he had to win over the support during his initial arrival.
"Initially the fans were skeptical about me," Garcia reflected on his arrival in Rome in 2013.
"I was told that they were difficult, but it's not true, the fans are fantastic and intelligent, they understand that we're giving everything on the pitch.
"We've happened to lose a few games, but the fans have realised what we're building with our hearts and with our energy.
"When you experience your first game at the Stadio Olimpico, you immediately understand the passion of the Curva Sud.
"Ever since I arrived they've supported us in a big way, starting songs and enthusiastic chants to support us. After games I want to salute the whole stadium.
"I work every day for the future of this club, as though I'll spend my life in Rome, at least until they chase me out!
"We have the same ambitions, let's go forward together."
