AS Roma coach Rudi Garcia has hit out at critics of the club.

Garcia joined last month from Lille as successor to Aurelio Andreazzoli.

"My first impressions have been positive," he told a Press conference. "The quality is excellent as is the work ethic already installed into the player.

"Critics of this club and the players cannot be fans of Roma. Perhaps they are fans of Lazio.

"The players need to work in peace.

"We still have time to bring in new players."
