David Rozehnal believes there's better days ahead for Newcastle United after Saturday's last-minute victory over Birmingham City.
He said: "It will be much better for us because we have shown that we can play football like we did at the start of the season.
"We have to play as a team and then we will be okay.
"It was really important because we really needed those three points against a team which is below us at home.
"We played the same game we did against Arsenal - of course, we were a little bit more tired, but we played with the same fighting spirit.
"We have taken four points - it would have been better to take six, but the first game was against the best team in the Premier League.
"Hopefully we will continue like Saturday because we took three important points at home.
"We played for ourselves, but also for the supporters who came today and supported us, and that was also important."
