Former Manchester City boss Joe Royle feels Joe Hart must be reinstated as outright No1.
Hart was back last night for the Champions League win at Bayern Munich.
"I feel a little bit sorry for Joe Hart," Royle told talkSPORT. "I've always been a champion of playing your best players and no matter what is said, he's still comfortably England's best goalkeeper.
"Pantilimon has done fine but he's not as a good as Hart, it's as simple as that. The sooner Hart is back in the team, the better it'll be all round, not just for Man City but for England as well."
