West Bromwich Albion defender Paul Downing has joined League Two club Rotherham United on a youth loan until 4th January.
The 19-year-old, who has impressed as captain of Albion reserves this season, is eligible to make his debut for the fifth-placed Millers in their next game at Gillingham on Saturday week.
Downing, who came through the youth ranks at The Hawthorns, also enjoyed a loan spell at Hereford United during the second half of last season, making six starts for the Bulls.
