PSG midfielder Jerome Rothen wants a move to Blackburn Rovers.

The Mirror says Rothen has turned down a late approach from Spanish giants Mallorca - because he wants to sign for Sam Allardyce.

The former French international flew home after a two-day test at Rovers and is waiting on an answer from the Lancashire club about whether they can afford to take him on from Paris St Germain.

And in the meantime La Liga outfit Mallorca have started talks to sign him, but he is delaying that decision until Blackburn come up with the cash for him.
