Fiorentina coach Delio Rossi has questioned his players' mentality after drawing with Genoa.
The Viola were putting the 5-0 home defeat to Juventus behind them until a late Rodrigo Palacio goal sealed the 2-2 draw this afternoon.
"This performance has to be a starting point. Perhaps the team lacks a little calm, as Fiorentina aren't accustomed to fighting for safety.
"I changed system to rely on some more experienced players, because these young lads cannot handle the pressure and it seems unfair for me to put too much responsibility on their shoulders.
"Did I expect more from Amauri? I expected more from everyone, including myself. This is why I offered my resignation this week, as it's too easy to blame others.""It's a shame for the lads, because if we play games like this, then we deserve to win them. It just means this is a bad year," said Rossi.
