Fiorentina coach Delio Rossi is eager to kickstart his Viola career.

Rossi is still looking for his first Serie A victory since replacing Sinisa Mihajlovic and on Sunday welcomes Roma.

"We are facing a side with great quality that often changes line-up, because that is in Luis Enrique's Barcelona mentality. I just want Fiorentina to be concentrated and clear-headed, because our position in the table can weigh on us.

"I knew it wasn't going to be an easy situation. Going back, would I say yes to Fiorentina again? Of course, I think this club has great potential.

"The lads are working hard and everyone tries to give their best. All I can promise the fans is that we'll try our hardest. I'm not a carpet salesman, so I cannot make promises on results. I hope they'll be close to us tomorrow."
