Fiorentina coach Delio Rossi is confident turning results around.

Where the side are struggling for consistency, Rossi believes it is not an issue of mentality.

He declared: "I've seen the game several times now, we have made mistakes but I do not see a team in disarray.

"Against Napoli we have crumbled in performance, whilst against Lecce there had been no reaction. We have shown that we still have many ups and downs, we have to improve and become more of a team.

"We do not need a psychologist, we just need to work. The defeat against Napoli was painful, but we were not phenomenal before and now we are not asses. We play too individually, we must become more of a team."
