Ross County were last night promoted to the Scottish Premier League after second-placed Dundee were held to a 1-1 draw by Queen of the South.
The point for Dundee enabled County to sit 14 points clear at the top of the First Division table with one game in hand, meaning with just four games left for their nearest rivals, their lead is insurmountable.
Ross County, who reached the 2010 Scottish Cup final, entered the Scottish Football League in 1994 and will b making third debut in the top flight next season.
