Ross Barkley is determined to be a first team regular for Everton.
Barkley was last week named the Toffees' Young Player of the Season for 2012/13, and the 19-year-old feels now is the time to begin making the most of his undoubted potential.
"Things like the award give me real hope of becoming a first-team regular and I'm thinking about next season already," he told evertontv.
"I've got the Under-20 World Cup coming up, so I haven't really got a summer but I'll be ready for the pre-season, for the new manager and hopefully I'll impress him."
