Arsenal have won six of their last seven league games despite a campaign blighted by flak.
Their eight-year trophyless run continues but Rosicky is still confident of a top-four finish.
Rosicky said: "Sometimes it's not easy when you see and hear what is going on around.
"Everyday you have to be prepared 100 per cent to come to training and fight for your club. That's what you've got to do.
"It's important to just concentrate on ourselves and what we're producing. And if we continue like this, I am confident we will be there."
