Hull City defender Liam Rosenior has been present with the club since their Championship days and he is intent on not returning to the second tier of English football anytime soon.
Long-serving defender Rosenior experienced the difficulty of moving out of England's second division before the Tigers clinched promotion to the top flight prior to last season and has no plans on going backwards as the Humberside outfit try to stave off the drop.
"These are all lads who have been in the Championship and know how hard it is to get out of it," said Rosenior of long-standing teammates such as Paul McShane, Alex Bruce and Robbie Brady.
"It's great for us that we have got that motivation and hopefully if we can get a few more points we will be staying in the Premier League.
"I look around the dressing room and I see what kind of lads we've got and where they have been.
"They're desperate not to go back down there. I've been there and I know it's difficult to get back to this level.
"That's been a massive factor in the fact that we have managed to get a couple of wins and hopefully we can get a couple more."
