Rosenior impresses Hull enough to earn long term deal

Hull City have awarded Liam Rosenior a contract through to 2013 after impressing since his arrival at the KC Stadium. The full-back linked up with the Tigers in late October and was originally under contract with the Championship club until New Year's Day.

However, after making eight starts for Nigel Pearson's side, the 26-year-old has now signed a two-and-a-half year contract.

Rosenior had been released by Reading over the summer after spending most of last season on loan at Ipswich Town and he trained with former club Bristol City before securing his move to Hull.
