Ipswich defender Liam Rosenior is confident boss Roy Keane will lead the Tractor Boys on a run up the Championship table. Rosenior was signed by Keane on loan from Reading on transfer deadline day.
He said: "When you get a well done from Roy Keane you know you've done well.
"Mentally, he's a very strong man and football's a mental game. You have to be confident and have confidence in your own ability.
"Since I've come here I've realised that I need to make a difference in every game I play. He's willing to back his players and we love playing for him.
"I've seen times when the manager has lost the dressing room and players don't put in performances for the manager, but no-one's seen that here. I think we've been stronger as a unit and that will show in the second half of the season, when we go on a run."
