Sandro Rosell wants Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas as part of his ticket for next year's Barcelona elections.

Rosell, a former vice-president of Barca and Nike powerbroker, intends to challenge for the presidency in 2010, says Sport.

And it's understood Rosell hopes to have Cesc as his promised star signing next summer.
