Tottenham's board should give manager Mauricio Pochettino whatever he wants so that he remains at the club. At least that is the view shared by full back Danny Rose.
Despite having some issues with the club in the summer, when he criticized the wage structure and signings, Rose is a huge fan of his manager Pochettino.
He believes that Pochettino is the man who can bring long-term success to Tottenham.
"I have learned my lesson on speaking on that sort of stuff (after his problematic interview last summer)," he said to Sky Sports. "It is good that the manager has come out and said that.
"I hope the manager, his coaching staff, the recruitment staff and the chairman can all come together and give the manager what he wants.
"I am fully behind whatever happens in the off-season, I hope we get some good recruits to help us push on and as the manager said the next step is to try and hopefully win something next year."
