Wayne Rooney says the "sky's the limit" for Manchester United after their Champions League glory.
"Anderson, Nani, Tevez really want to learn. They listen to the manager and other players round them.
"They've settled in really well and hopefully they can progress again the way they have done this season."
Rooney did not get to take a spot-kick in the shootout after being subbed during extra-time - but he could not help but get caught up in the thrills and spills.
He said: "These are the times you play football for - to win things.
"During the penalties the emotions were all over the place - but it was brilliant in the end."
