The Daily Mail says Rooney is in line to make his comeback from injury for Manchester United in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Real Betis today.
The 27-year-old has recovered from the hamstring tear that cut short his participation in United's Far East tour and he is ready to line up with Javier Hernandez, Nemanja Vidic, Antonio Valencia and Nani against the La Liga side.
