Wayne Rooney is determined for Manchester United to successfully defend their Premier League crown.
Rooney was an inspiration as the champions cut the gap between themselves and leaders Arsenal to five points with a 1-0 win at Old Trafford over the Gunners last Sunday.
He said: "I've always said that the most important trophy in any season is the Premier League. It's your domestic league and it decides who is the best team over a season. That's the one which is vital we win."
