Wayne Rooney isn't expected to make Manchester United's FA Cup tie at Liverpool.
The Sun says the signs were looking bleak after Roo failed to train yesterday, giving United little chance to assess his fitness fully.
There was better news, though, for Ashley Young (knee) and Rio Ferdinand, who are now both expected to make the lunchtime tie.
And it is the imminent return of Young that has come as a real surprise.
The England midfielder, 26, has not played since the 5-0 win at Fulham in late December.
