Ronaldo throws strop over Xabi’s Real Madrid penalty

Cristiano Ronaldo was visibly upset not being allowed to take Real Madrid's spotkick in their 6-2 win over Villarreal.

Sport says Ronaldo did not celebrate the penalty, which was converted by Xabi Alonso.

Initially, Real captain Raul had handed the ball to Ronaldo to take the spotkick, but after consultation with senior teammates, it was taken away from the Portuguese and handed to Xabi.

After the goal was scored, Ronaldo ignored the celebrations with teammates.

Asked about his behaviour at the final whistle, Ronaldo shrugged: "I play for everyone, for the team. Nothing happened."

Basically Journalists are Satans army on many occassions - there trying to provoke situations - putting comments in which are irrelevnt. Cristiano Ronaldo is a human being like the rest of us - he is gifted and as many gifted peole nd artists - they do get an attitude - it makes them who they are. I love all the characters in football - it makes it a real world.
