Ronaldo hands Florentino Real Madrid contract nightmare

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has handed president Florentino Perez a new cash dilemma.

Sport says in Ronaldo's contract is a clause stating the former Manchester United star must remain the world's best paid player. However, Ronaldo is now running second behind Samuel Eto'o after his bank busting move to Anzhi last year.

Ronaldo's agent, Jorge Mendes, raised the issue with Real chiefs during negotiations over Pepe's new contract earlier this season. Mendes was assured they would address the situation later in the campaign, but so far there's been no contact since that initial meeting.

It’s understood Ronaldo wants his contract re-adjusted with a bumper pay-rise and also his buyout clause eliminated. Manchester United, Manchester City and PSG are monitoring developments.

Greedy ***** mercenary *****.

dude...seriously if he really wanted to come back to manutd...money wouldnt be a factor...he wud have come back because people love him here...respect him...and most of all treat him like a god here....thats what he wants not money....and now coming to the monetary part....man city have more money than real madrid can even imagine...the sheikh has spent 1 billion pounds on this club in 2 seasons only , n u think making ronaldo the highest paid player wud be a problem for him....i hardly doubt it...so pipe it down and shut the hell up...u glory hunter !!!

Say this was true and he was considering leaving cause he wasn't the highest paid player in the world.. Of those 3 teams none of them would fork up more money then Real would. and thats a fact.
