Oriol Romeu can see departing Chelsea teammate Didier Drogba succeeding at Barcelona.

Drogba, who is in talks with Shanghai Shenhua, has been linked with Barca.

"Drogba is a very good player. He is a player of immense quality who can be adapted to any team," said Romeu, who joined Chelsea 12 months ago from Barca.

"I know its very difficult to see him leave, because he gives us a lot."
