Oriol Romeu's future at Chelsea is in doubt.
The Daily Star Sunday says the former Barcelona player, 20, played only twice under interim chief Roberto Di Matteo after being a regular starter under former boss Andre Villas-Boas.
If Di Matteo is given the job, Romeu could again find himself on the sidelines - something that could cause the Spaniard to look for a move.
He said: "That I have played less is a reality - but there are times when you play more or less and you have to accept that but now it is a difficult time."
