Roma defender Christian Panucci has hinted at a bust-up with coach Luciano Spalletti after he missed Tuesday night's defeat at Manchester United.
"You have made it out to be Mike Tyson v George Foreman," he laughed in his Press conference at Trigoria.
"We have an excellent relationship and I think everything is going fine. It's funny how things like this only come out after a defeat.
"I chose not to play against Manchester United. Before the Fiorentina game the doctors told me I shouldn't play, but I took a painkiller and went anyway.
"If the boss had told me to come to Manchester, I would have played but he was worried about my physical condition."
