Roma's De Rossi pays tribute to Spalletti

Daniele de Rossi has paid tribute to former Roma coach Luciano Spalletti.

The Roma midfielder said: "I'm sorry, really sorry: Rome is a unique city, I liked the way they accepted Spalletti.

"When Spalletti arrived, the situation was not very rosy. He lifted Roma, he has done a great job, he flirted with perfection. I was very fond of him, I admit it. He is the coach who improved and matured me most. And he is the only one who when I reach retirement age I will go to dinner with."
