Roma fullback Cicinho says he is a better player for leaving Real Madrid.
"I've changed 100 per cent - now I know how to defend and attack," said the Brazilian. "I'm so happy, because I have received compliments in the press.
"Leaving Real has been my choice, I am happy here."
