AS Roma wing-back Marco Cassetti hopes they can keep the squad together.
There have been reports of some big names departing the club, including Mirko Vucinic, Daniele De Rossi, Jeremy Menez and Marco Borriello.
"It'd be a shame to lose Vucinic, as he's been my roommate for eight years," said Cassetti.
"De Rossi, Menez and Borriello are great players and I hope with all my heart they stay."
