AS Roma are ready to sell Erik Lamela to Tottenham.
Roma officials were in London last week for talks with Spurs over Lamela's sale.
Sky Italia says Tottenham have informed Roma they will offer €35 million for Lamela once Gareth Bale is sold to Real Madrid.
Roma are happy with the price and have since informed Lamela of the plans.
