AS Roma have handed trials to Portuguese prospect Ricardo Vaz this week.

A Bola says the 18 year-old midfielder, who is tied to Estoril, is training with Roma with the view to earning a contract for next season.

Vaz has an Italian mother and arrived in Rome on Monday.
