Cagliari defenders Michele Canini and Davide Astori are interesting AS Roma.

Sky Sport 24 says the Giallorossi are targeting the versatile Canini to act as an alternative not only in the centre but also at left-back to Jose Angel.

Astori, meanwhile, is being considered as a replacement for one of Gabriel Heinze or Juan.
