Despite a 1-0 loss away to Arsenal, Roma have all to play for in the Champions League return leg at the Stadio Olimpico. The only goal of the game came from a penalty awarded in the 37th minute, cooly converted by Robin Van Persie.

Arsenal had more possession and clearly more scoring opportunities which it failed to capitalise on, leaving the door open for Roma to make amends for the narrow loss in the return leg in a fortnight.

Apart from the loss, the only other negative for Roma was the yellow card to midfielder Daniele De Rossi, which rules him out of the return clash.
