Roma captain Francesco Totti is confident of being fit for their next clash with AC Milan.

The 33-year-old injured his knee during Sunday's 2-1 victory over Napoli, in which he also scored both of Roma's goals.

Speaking after a chat with his specialist, Totti said: "The meeting went well, but we are still waiting to say if I'll be there against Milan."

Asked if he is optimistic, Totti replied: "Yes, I am."
