AS Roma striker Adriano is confident he will be fit for the Super Coppa clash with former club Inter Milan.
Adriano arrived overweight last month on a free transfer from Flamengo.
"I am slowly finding my form," he told Corriere dello Sport. "I'm working very well every week on the training ground so I can improve game by game.
"It's still early, but you can already see the rapport building with Francesco Totti."
It is reported the captain has been particularly close to Adriano in helping him settle back into Serie A.
"Everyone, especially the Brazilians, have tried to help me out and make me feel at ease. I am on the right track and in the friendly against Pescara I played for over an hour without feeling tired.
"I hope to score my goals in the games that matter, but I already feel good. Roma are improving in general as pre-season progresses, it's not just about me.
"We all hope to be at 100 per cent when the clash with Inter comes around."
