Roma seek to tie up stars before club sale

Corriere dello Sport says Roma chiefs are planning to secure Daniele de Rossi and Alberto Aquilani to career-long contracts, while a new deal for Max Tonetto will also be offered in the coming weeks.

The one stumbling block for Roma is Brazilian Amantino Mancini, with negotiations continuing to drag on over an improved contract.

Roma owner Franco Sensi would like his prized players secured so to add value to the club as he prepares to sell up.
