AS Roma striker Mattia Destro is set to be handed an Italy start for their clash with Malta.
Destro will team up with Roma teammate Pablo Daniel Osvaldo in Italy's attack.
Cesare Prandelli is also expected to shelve the 3-5-2 system again in favour of a 4-3-1-2 with Alessandro Diamanti as the trequartista.
