Manchester United are keeping tabs on Mirko Vucinic's situation at Roma.

Vucinic is in co-ownership at Roma with Lecce and Gazzetta dello Sport says the capital club have put the brakes on negotiations over signing the striker permanently.

United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is an admirer of Vucinic, who admitted earlier this season an ambition to play for the Premiership giants.
